PERSONAS

Developing clean energy projects are time intensive.

There is a need for standardized processes.

Where I start is never where I end up.

01
Developers all expressed a level of frustration with the lack of standardization across processes in the industry. Some described the it as "ad-hoc" or "messy".
02
All participants agreed that there is a desire for a tool that efficiently simplifies everything in one standardized platform.
03
There is a frustration around the quality of the immense data and information to sift through. Specifically, there is a lack of accessibility to reliable and transparent data.

REFLECTION
Despite the range of skillsets and roles represented in the Project Developer space, we found a consistent level of dissatisfaction regarding tools, information access, and hesitancy towards current automated solutions.
This sentiment seems to contrast with the increasing demand and enhancement aspirations to existing tools.
For the next steps, the research team has to answer the most important question: is there enough insight gathered from these interviews to begin identifying high-value Jobs To Be Done. Furthermore, are there additional roles that could provide deeper perspective in order for Purpose Design to begin developing this product for Aire Labs?
