It showed me that I'm at my best in convivial environments. That background gifted me the ability to resolve stressful situations with a playful energy. It truly prepared me for the best and worst of times!
At my baseline, I've always been driven by a passion for meaningful connections, both personally and professionally. It's how I strive to show up in the world. It took many years of introspection to clearly recognize this about myself.
With a career spent predominantly in client-facing roles, I understand the vital role of the human touch in design. UX design is all about curating a user’s interaction from beginning to end, and I've been instinctively applying that design thinking for years - call it my secret superpower!
For a long time, I viewed my career path as a winding road. I learned to find joy in each new adventure and allowed my curiosity to illuminate the way. The common thread in these experiences is that they served as a conduit for connection and discovery. The same holds true for my love of user experience design. I feel like I'm happily journeying forward.
The design realm is a vibrant tapestry of talent, ideas and vision. I love being inspired to drink in as much as I can. Pouring my energy into designing projects nourishes both my creative spirit and analytical mind. If all roads have led me to this world, then I am SO HAPPY to be here.
